We were dropping Nate off in the nursery at our church this Sunday and we let them know he was walking so they said I needed to move him to the toddler room! So I guess now that our beautiful little boy is walking he is officially considered a TODDLER... He isn't even one yet! Now he gets to play with a little older kids rather than the babies in the nursery. He seems to like it better. The past few times he has been in the nursery at church, he cried and was very fussy and yesterday he had a good day. He probably needed a little more stimulation. He is such a great walker now. He can bend down to pick things up and stand back up and go back into a walk. He will also go from sitting to standing and walking with no help. I bet he will be running by his first birthday, which is only 27 days away! It is truly amazing how quickly kids grow! Nathan says Daddy, ball, doughy (maybe trying to say doggy?), and Mama when hes hungry... go figure! He points to things that he wants and says, "dee" or "dis". He climbs over everything to get to whatever he wants. If he can't get over it, he will move it out of his way or try to climb under it. He waves Bye-Bye and says "bah" and he occasionally says "ha" when you say Hi to him. We have been giving him milk in his sippy cups for about two weeks now. We haven't stopped formula or bottles completely yet. Tonight I think we are going to take him to get his first official pair of shoes at Fred Toenges! We think he may be getting more teeth. He has six now but he has started drooling and has a clear runny nose and low grade fever like he did when he was cutting his first two teeth. We shall see! Here are some new pics!
Ryan and I will be celebrating our 3rd anniversary Wed Sept 2. Happy Anniversary Love!
