I had a great first Mother's day! We went to breakfast after church and then to the zoo after a change of clothes. Grandma Aleta and Grandpa Dave stopped by before the zoo. It wasn't for Mother's day though, Dave wanted to pick up his softball mitt and throw the ball around with Ryan for a little bit. He is going to join Ryan and Jason on the Grace Point softball team. While over, I grabbed some pics of Nathan with Grammy. She is wearing a cute sticker that came in her card from Nathan that says "Very Loved Grandma".

On our way into the zoo!
A trip through the rain forest, better put on our safari hats!

We rode the rain forest carousal. It went faster than I thought it would. Thankfully Nathan doesn't seem to have his Daddy's motion sickness belly!
Nathan really seemed to enjoy the displays where the animals were right in front of him. He didn't know what to look at when we were at caged animal exhibits. "Teddy" the tiger paced back and forth in front of the observation window. It was really neat and Nathan loved it!
