Update

We went to see Dr Lisa on Monday about the episode Nathan had with his helmet. She determined that he overheated and got a little heat rash. (By the way he weighed 20lbs 7oz) She said it is possible that he may of had an allergic reaction but because he hasn't had any symptoms like this before, it's probably unlikely. We are supposed to watch him and keep the hot little man cool! So we are starting the process of the helmet transition all over again! Nathan and I went to see Buck at Prevail today. He took measurements of his head and his head has grown slightly but there has been very little change in the plagiocephaly. Thankfully during the past week when Nathan hasn't worn his helmet, he has been sleeping on his right side or his belly. As some of you may know after his Dr noticed the flat spot on the left side we have tried to position him and prop him to keep him off of it but he always ended up rolling back to his left. Well, we think God intervened this week because he hasn't preferred his left side at all! The poor little guy has also been experiencing some diarrhea and diaper rash. We think it may be due to some possible new teeth getting ready to come through. We are trying to keep him hydrated and have been avoiding giving him fruits. I took his diaper off this afternoon to let him air out and quickly learned my lesson because he peed all over the carpet! I made the attempt of using a cloth diaper, didn't last long... those things get pretty gross! I don't know how my mom did that!
