21 weeks

Well, I am 22 weeks tomorrow! This pregnancy is going by so quickly! The baby is moving more and more each day and it's movements keep getting stronger. We had an ultrasound at 20 weeks and everything looked great. The baby had it's legs crossed at the ankles like Nathan did while he was in the womb. The only fact we know that could indicate the sex of the baby is that it's heart rate was 154. Our doctor said we are having a very healthy baby, which is always nice to hear. I have gained 11 lbs so far, which is great. I gained 43 with Nathan and it took me a year to lose it. Our doctor said I did a great job with my weight gain last time, but it would be easier for me if I gain 35-40 lbs with this one. I have definitely had a sweet tooth lately, and am trying to make good decisions on how I satisfy that craving... TRYING is the key word. Nathan points to my belly now and says baby. All pictures he sees of babies or even with stuffed animals that he holds, he says baby and gives it a kiss. It's sweet. He also likes to act like he is caring for his cousin Taylor. He will feed Taylor snacks, give him his sippy cup, hand him his blanket, and gives him hugs and kisses. It's so cute, we think he will be a great big brother! Nathan has learned to say "No" since our last post. He doesn't say it in a defying manner, he will just repeat it if someone else says it. Ever since then, he has learned a new word almost everyday. He now also knows... out, turtle, coat, downstairs, more, and box. He learned all those in the past week and a half! I think that puts his word vocabulary to 35-40 words! This is such a fun stage!
